Desert Comfort Assisted Living Home is a residential adult group home located in North Phoenix, Arizona. Our home is state licensed to provide care for 5 residents.
With a high staff to resident ratio, our caregivers are able to provide each of our residents with personal one-on-one assistance. Your loved will be able to go at their own pace, daily assistance with eating, walking, grooming and other activities are provided based on each resident’s abilities.
What services are offered?
Some of our assisted living services include medication management, delicious home cooked meals with snacks in-between, daily exercises and activities.
We work with your doctor to keep prescriptions and medications up to date and current with your loved ones needs as their condition may change.
Around the clock quality assistance is provided by our friendly skilled staff who also become familiar with each resident’s needs on a personal level.
Tell me about the food…
Our meals are delicious, home cooked with fresh ingredients for a well balanced nutrition. We accommodate specific diets as well. Some of our residents are specific to kosher meals or low sodium diets. Whatever your loved one’s meal preference may be, we can cook it!
What about activities?
We have a wide variety of weekly and daily activities that encourage resident to stay active and independent as possible. Weekly activities such as arts and crafts or music are usually enjoyed by all residents. We assist our residents in daily walks and stretching exercises to maintain a healthy way of living. Holiday and birthday celebrations are held and families are encouraged to join. Active seniors are also encouraged to attend the senior center, weekly pick-up and drop-off transportation is provided by the center.
